Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Tapform may process personal data on your behalf while providing our service. To ensure transparency and outline our obligations and those of our customers, we have developed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This DPA is provided free of charge to anyone using our service who requests it. When you sign up to use our software, the terms of the Tapform Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are already included in our Terms of Service and are considered part of your agreement with us. If you need to sign a separate DPA with us, you can do so by requesting a copy of Tapform's Data Processing Agreement. Upon signing, you will receive a fully executed downloadable copy via email delay.
