Connect Tapform with HubSpot: Step-By-Step Guide

1. Log in to your Tapform account

2. Navigate to Settings - Integrations

3. Find "HubSpot Integration" section and click "Integrate With HubSpot"

4. Select your desired HubSpot account to connect with Tapform

5. Authorize Tapform to access your HubSpot account

6. That's it! Your Tapform is now successfuly connected to your HubSpot account.

How does Tapform HubSpot integration work?

Once you've connected your Tapform account with HubSpot, your new leads on your form are created and synchronized with your HubSpot CRM Contacts.

For each new lead on your Tapform form, a new contact is created in your desired HubSpot account. This allows you to manage your leads and contacts more effectively, track interactions, and nurture relationships with your customers.

Form answers are stored and synchronized with your HubSpot Contacts as Activity notes, allowing you to access and manage your leads' information in one place. This helps you to keep track of your leads in one place.

Disconnect

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Tapform, your lead and account data will no longer sync to HubSpot contacts and companies (and vice versa). Existing data will remain on your HubSpot records.
